This semester has been a has been very different from all my other semester. I have really my classes and I feel that I am learning alot when it comes to social responsibility. We have had many discussion in class this semester about different things that are happening all over the world. I have always been aware of what is going on but now I feel that I can no longer ignore and take action and do something. We have all given the excuse that what I am capable of doing is not enough. We either don't have enough time or money to really make an impact. That is when I say, do something!! Even if it is something small such as helping a elderly neighbor or donating your time to a local charity. It is now the christmas season and many people take this time to volunteer.
I challenge everyone to at least do something to help someone less fortunate this Christmas season. And the feeling that great feeling you get from uplifting someone else's life will become a addiction and you will continually take time to help others. I know that my family and I are trying to do as much as we can to help others at this time. And the spiritual feeling that I can is so much better than all the presents in the world. Seeing my children be happy to pick out toys and other essentials for children brings a smile to my face. This is something that I am challenging myself to do not only at christmas but all year long and I challenge you too!! Merry Christmas Everyone and good luck with finals!
